This software is so close to being able to be used to manage projects in my firm... We set up individual people as contexts, then set up projects and tasks. The one piece that is missing is the estimated time to complete a task, which would allow us to have a better handle on how booked we are. The "Effort" item is helpful for a thumbnail, but more granularity would be great.
