Quicksilver Syntax

 

Quicksilver Shortcuts

Make sure iGTD is running before trying to use the Quicksilver shortcuts.  If iGTD is not running, this will not work.

 

The only required text is the name of the task.  Every other string listed here is optional.

 

String Purpose
@context

Assigns the new task to this context. 

 

You can use a shorter version of the context name as long as it is unique among all of the context names (i.e. @dev instead of @development).

My new task The name of the task.
[project] Assigns the new task to this project.

Priority 1 (highest)

Priority 2 (high)

Priority 3 (default)

Priority 4 (low)

Priority 5 (lowest)

:my note for this task This note is added as a note to the task.

#date

The due date for this task.  You can use natural language dates (today, next week, etc) as well as dates in US format or local format.

 

An example using all of the features:

 

@home take out the trash! [home maintenance] :remember bags of grass beside the house #today
